My name is Andrew McFarlane & I am a degree qualified Acupuncturist and I am passionate about Chinese medicine, Foraging, Herbal medicine, Nutrition and Fermentation. I run courses on Foraging local plants and fungi and how to understand the energetics of these. This is the framework for understanding how to best utilise these for food or medicine or both.
I have a deep understanding of the energetics of plants, food and Acupuncture and so I am able to advise and help with any type of ailment. It is my passion and deep understanding of Taoist medicine that has led me to understand the importance of utilising the wild plants that grow locally for both food and medicine.
I am also passionate about beekeeping and reviving the use of honey in herbal medicine, and fermenting it into mead.
